  6. Dr. Pavan Duggal, in association with International Telecommunications Union, conducted two Training cum Sensitization Programmes for the elected Judges and Officers of the International Court of Justice (ICJ) at The Hague, Netherlands on 23rd May, 2019 on cyberlaw and cybercrime issues.
     
  7. Dr. Pavan Duggal has been associated with the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR) on various issues pertaining to Cyberlaw and cybercrime and also on developing new course on Cyberlaw and cybercrime for UN ecosystem stakeholders.
     
  8. Dr. Pavan Duggal has also been associated with United Nations Office for Outer Space Affairs (UNOOSA) on the issues of cyber security. He also spoke at the United Nations/United Arab Emirates – High Level Forum: Space as a Driver for Socio-Economic Sustainable Development held in November, 2017 in Dubai.
     
  9. Dr. Pavan Duggal has been associated with cybercrime issues. He was the member of the E4J Expert Group Meetings of UNODC, which reviewed the Cybercrime course curriculum of UNODC as part of E4J program of UNODC.
     
  10. Dr. Pavan Duggal was a consultant to United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) during the Bandung Info Ethics Conference, 2002 which led to the formation of the UNESCO’s Regional Observatory of the Information Society in Asia Pacific.
     
  11. Dr. Pavan Duggal was invited to address the UNICEF Expert Consultation on Child Online Safety in India organized by UNICEF on 9th April, 2016 at New Delhi. He spoke about the various legal and policy issues impacting child online safety and pointed out distinct gaps that exists under the Indian legal frameworks in the direction of protecting and preserving the interest of children from online abuse.
     
  12. Dr. Pavan Duggal has been associated with the Council of Europe on various issues and aspects concerning Budapest Convention. Dr. Pavan Duggal has advised Council of Europe for its India strategies.
     
  13. Pavan Duggal was invited as a distinguished Speaker to address the 4th Working Group Meeting on International Law in Cyberspace held in Hangzhou, China in 2019. During his address, Pavan Duggal talked about practical challenges being faced in jurisdictional issues in cyberspace and how new proactive approaches can be adopted so as to deal with jurisdictional aspects.
     
  14. Dr. Pavan Duggal was the member of Nominating Committee (2003-2004), Membership Advisory Committee (1998-1999) and Membership Implementation Task Force of ICANN
     
  15. Dr. Pavan Duggal has been the member of the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center Panel of Neutrals since the year 2000. He has delivered numerous awards on domain name disputes.
     
  16. Pavan was also the Member of Panel of Arbitrators of the Regional Centre for Arbitration, Kuala Lumpur and Asian Domain Names Dispute Resolution Centre at Hong Kong.
     
  17. Dr. Pavan Duggal has been the Member, Permanent Monitoring Committee on Information Security, World Federation of Scientists for the last one decade.
     
  18. Pavan Duggal has been closely associated with the East West Institute. The EastWest Institute’s Cyber Crime Working Group has been co-chaired by retired Norwegian Judge Stein Schjolberg and advocate Pavan Duggal of the Supreme Court of India – one of the leading experts on cyber law in Asia. Pavan is also co-chair of EWI Cybercrime Legal Working Group. Pavan Duggal, as one of Asia’s leading authorities on cyber law, is member of East West Institute’s Cybersecurity Experts in EWI’s Worldwide Cybersecurity Initiative.
     
  19. Pavan Duggal has been closely associated with the World Economic Forum and has made major contributions in areas related to law concerning Cyberspace, in different sessions organized by Cyber Future Foundation on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum in Davos, since the last many years.
     
  20. Dr. Pavan Duggal is a member of the International Advisory Board of Global Challenges Forum. As the member, Dr. Duggal is advising on global cyber issues for the said Foundation and advice the Global Challenges Forum on variety of cyberspace and internet related issues impacting activities of the Global Challenges Forum and also on issues pertaining to global resilience in tune with the Global Challenges Forum’s agreement signed with UNITAR.
     
  21. Pavan Duggal was invited by the National Judicial Academy, Nepal and Internet Society, Nepal Chapter to address the training of Judges from Nepal and India during the special training program organized on 2nd February, 2016 at Kathmandu, Nepal. During the course of the training program, Pavan elaborated on the subject of issues and challenges for cybercrime for justice system.
